TYPE MH101 Modular House System
The MH101 Modular House System offers a unique, customisable sustainable timber frame housing solution designed for efficiency and flexibility. Developed for Indonesia, we have incorporated local materials such as grass roofs and bamboo infill panels.
Our pre-designed modular system streamlines the design process, allowing you to build with a proven and tested design, while still adapting it to your personal style and needs.
With careful design and material usage, our modular homes provide a cost effective alternative to traditional home building, delivering high quality beautiful living spaces.

TYPE MH101 Modular House System
Our Red River Farmhouse, nestled deep in the Borneo jungle, is a self built home where every material was carried to the site by the local community team.
Building in such a remote location presented unique challenges, demanding resourcefulness and efficiency. These constraints led to a sustainable, cost effective home that harmonises with its natural surroundings.
Rooted in traditional building methods, the project also embraced modern technology. A centralised 3D BIM model allowed us to optimise the design, ensuring every element was intentional, coordinated and efficient.
STATUS Coordinated Design
